Greenwich Council, National Maritime Museum, February 2010In February, Sound By Design supplied sound services for Greenwich Council in the Queens House, within the National Maritime Museum. The evening reception was in honour of receiving Royal Borough status. Her Majesty the Queen bestowed the new status on Greenwich, which will take effect in the Diamond Jubilee year of 2012. |

ISES: In Association With Visit London, Somerset House, January 2010Sound By Design are proud to have sponsored the January ISES UK event at Somerset House. The event commenced with an informative talk and panel session from key spokespeople, including Visit London, England 2018 and Events for London. Topics for discussion included the forthcoming London 2012 Olympic Games, Rugby World Cup 2015 and the England 2018 FIFA World Cup Bid. |

A Cathedral Christmas!, December 2009With its expertise of working in acoustically challenging venues, Sound by Design was contracted for concerts in three different Cathedrals during December 2009. Systems were installed in Wells Cathedral for Somerset County Music, with Lichfield and Rochester Cathedrals being supplied for Classic FM's charity Christmas Concerts. |
