Master Investor Conference

With a long standing relationship with production company Presentation Matters!, Sound By Design were again commissioned to provide a full system for the Master Investor 2011 conference at London's Business Design Centre in Islington.
This year, following Sound By Design's successful merger with Delta Sound and the combining of both companies inventories, Project Engineer Darren Rose specified two flown arrays of L-Acoustics' compact line array, KIVA. This was complemented with two L-Acoustics SB28 sub-bass cabinets and four boxes of KILO. Six Meyer Sound UPJ-1Ps provided delay taps down the room, and four Meyer Sound UPM-1Ps provided front-fill. In addition, Meyer Sound MM-4 miniature speakers we chosen for discreet stage foldback. Everything was time-aligned and controlled using a Meyer Sound Galileo 616 system management processor. With half of the room being exhibition and no physical barrier between this and the conference half of the room, clarity of speech and ultimate level was of paramount importance. |
